  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Not violate any local, state, national, or international laws in your use of the platform.


3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.


4. Service Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.


5. Payments and Billing

  • All services are billed in accordance with the selected plan or pricing.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring timely payments. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service.


6. Cancellation and Refund

  • Users may submit a cancellation request via the Cancellation Form within 15 days of payment.
  • Refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and are only applicable if services have not been fully rendered.
  • Services once fully delivered (such as live websites, domains, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, branding, and technology on the platform are the intellectual property of Code Spectrum Technology LLP. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.


8. Third-Party Services

Webbify may integrate third-party services. We are not liable for any issues arising from these services, which are governed by their own terms.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Spectrum Technology LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.


10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka.
