This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a subscription or request a refund for services purchased through the Webbify platform.


1. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations must be submitted within 15 days of the payment date via our official Cancellation Request Form.
  • Requests made after 15 days of payment will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Once a service has been provisioned or delivered (such as domain registration, hosting setup, or website deployment), cancellation may not be possible.


2. Non-Cancellable Services

  • Webbify does not accept cancellation requests for services that are:
  • Already rendered or activated.
  • Customized or tailored as per user requirements.
  • One-time digital products (e.g., downloadable website templates, logos, etc.)


3. Refunds

  • If you cancel your subscription or service within the eligible window (15 days), and the service has not yet been rendered, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the stage of work completed.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or consumed.


4. Service Quality Issues

  • If you receive a service or product that is defective, incomplete, or significantly not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • Upon verification, we may offer a rework, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.


5. Third-Party Products & Licenses

  • Any issues with third-party tools, plugins, or licenses integrated via Webbify are subject to the respective third-party vendor’s policies. Webbify does not guarantee refunds for third-party components.


6. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in account suspension or service denial.
